Timothy Hartman, a proud graduate of Louisiana State University, is a Certified Public Bookkeeper (CPB) with over 30 years of hands-on experience in accounting, tax strategy, and corporate finance. As the Founder and Director of Tri-Parish Accounting Firm, Mr. Hartman has built the firm on a foundation of integrity, accuracy, and client-centered service.
With a specialized focus in corporate finance, auditing, and taxation, he is exceptionally well-versed in dealing with the IRS and state tax authorities on behalf of his clients. His depth of knowledge and strategic approach have consistently helped clients resolve complex tax issues, maintain compliance, and achieve financial stability.
What truly distinguishes Mr. Hartman is his personal commitment to every client. He approaches each relationship with the care and diligence as if managing his own financial affairs—ensuring personalized attention, proactive planning, and full compliance with all regulatory standards.

With a Master’s degree in Business Administration (Project Management concentration) and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and Organizational Behavior, she brings both strategic insight and academic depth to her work.
In her current role, Debra leads the development and implementation of comprehensive marketing strategies designed to enhance brand visibility, strengthen client engagement, and support organizational growth. She specializes in aligning marketing initiatives with overarching business goals, leveraging a keen understanding of market trends, consumer behavior, and digital outreach.
